For all you grapple fans out there

Been messing around all evening trying to find wresting videos on youtube, the ones I remember as a kid, with real characters like Big Daddy, Giant Haystacks and Kendo Nagasaki. I looked particularly for a bout I remember very well - Big Daddy vs. King Kong Kirk. Didn't find it, so its probably not on youtube, but I did find loads of others including this memorable contest between Big Daddy and Giant Haystacks:

Brings back some rather fond memories!

Monday Blues Cure

Found this on you tube by typing in 'john tavener' and browsing through the results. Most are recordings showing images, this one shows an actual performance, but the audio quality isn't that brilliant. Still - nice piece.

Searching for the Hamas Covenant

Been searching for this on the web few days ago, without much success using the search string 'Hamas Covenant'. To many hits related to Obama and his old church publishing this covenant in their newsletter. Tried it again today, and bingo - these are all gone! Oh the wonders of Google.

Translations of the Covenant are available via MEMRI and The Avalon Project. This was written in 1988, and has not yet been updated.

Be warned, this is a very offensive document. So is their manifesto.

Monday Blues Cure

Double helping today, to get over the shock of starting back a work after the Christmas Holidays. Got this using the search 'Gabriella Cilmi' on youtube:

plus this, by Duffy, found by browsing from the video above (link is the program 'later').
